Saint Johns on the Lake

Our father moved into St. Johns in early 2023 at our urging. Although he was unsure at the time, It has been the perfect place for him. The programming and learning opportunities available are endless - he is trying new things all the time! He has found an amazing group of friends and support within the Parkinson's community. The care and attention from the staff is amazing; from the receptionists to the nursing staff, to the administration. They have all made it feel like home for both our dad and the family. We couldn't be happier that he has the opportunity to age gracefully in such a thriving environment!

St. John's is the best! As a family member of a 9 year independent living Mom, it gives me great joy every time I come to St John's on the Lake! Not only is her apartment decorated and perfectly suited for her, she can feel safe & secure living there. Staff is wonderful, kind and accommodating. Both Taylors and the Prospect Grill offer delicious choices, unique recipes, and wonderful service. There are such an abundance of opportunities for things to do and take part in... nobody sits around like a bump on a log. But, if you want your alone time to regenerate, read a book or just take a nap, it's all up to you. Find your peace, joy and fulfillment at St John's on the Lake. Just see Luci! Taylor's restaurant at Saint John's on the Lake always has an interesting menu with periodic changes and updates. Their chef is skilled and the service is very good. The prices are reasonable, given the quaility of the food and given most entries come with soup or salad plus two sides. The lake view while dining is wonderful.

Before moving in there were plenty of options for Mom to choose from to have her home suit her needs. She was so happy there was a pool for her to swim laps. Mom’s a big reader and appreciates the library here, and that the Milwaukee Public Library visits once a month. For computer help, it’s a load off my mind there’s tech support available. We enjoy attending the lectures, play readings and concerts with her. They’re all so good. We’re always thrilled when she invites us to dine with her at Taylor’s. The food is delicious. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly, interested, patient and kind. They know the residents and the families, too. Mom loves it at Saint John’s On the Lake. If need be, we’d definitely pick here to live as well. Barb
