I would give one star! That being for some of the few staff members that were kind and caring! Horrible facility!! My father’s things were taken or never given to him. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and lie! My father told us he was ignored many times. They are constantly looking for help, but claim they are not understaffed. The turnover rate at this particular facility is unbelievable !!! We took him homemade biscuits and Gravy! We returned two days later and it was on his windowsill! He had what I would call a urine bottle that was left on his side table next to his food at all times and would leak down the side of it onto the table ! We sent food many times and it was left out, never put in a refrigerator! The “tech “ man never could even hook up his phone properly. We were not allowed in due to Covid restrictions. My dad had no phone for a week because they told us he lost his phone. He was basically bedridden and they were too lazy to find his phone until I called and complained multiple times. The headset was finally found underneath his dresser as he dropped it and he’s unable to get out of bed and find it himself! Called on several different occasions and the nurses and CNA‘s were too stupid to put the phone on hold or cover it and I could hear everything they were saying about our family myself particularly and would laugh and make jokes because I was not very nice to them most of the time and they did not like it that they were being held accountable for my father in a time that we could not be there. I will just say this I am sure the dogs at the county pound get better care than my father did. I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy!!!!! I will also add that there were several nice nurses and CNA‘s very few but they would complain to me on the phone about problems with upper management. Upper management would make promises that they were going to do certain things for my father and they never would follow through!!! Horrible facility!!!!!
I’ve been here short term X 3, and found the nursing staff kind and caring. They answer call lights quickly. Food is good.
