I recently came into Advinia Care for a tour and was happy I did. I have gone to see other facilities before coming here for my father in law due to needing rehab and Juan who assisted me was so helpful, kind and patient with me as he answered all my questions. As we were walking around it genuinely felt like all the staff cared about every single patient there. Juan made every piece of this already hard transition very smooth and effective. 10/10 recommend checking Advinia care out !

The care on this facility is outstanding. Nursing care is superb, everyone is friendly, the administrator, the DON's for both the ALF nad the skilled Nursing side. CNA's very attentive to their patients, the therapy department is great. Everyone here cares about the residents wellbeing. I would recommend Advinia Care Naples to anyone

Been on the fence about placing my loved one in a facility. I recently called this facility to set up a tour. The experience was pleasant from the very first phone call. I spoke with Daphne and she helped me set up a tour. She was very informative and assured me that all of my questions would be answered. Upon arriving to the facility I was greeted and made to feel welcome. I worry about my loved one having days filled with things to do. I spoke with the activities director, Brandy. She went over the activity calendar, and it is JAM PACKED. She truly shows empathy and treats our loved ones as if they were her own. I am definitely going to be using this facility.
