My Father was here at Oil City Nursing and Rehabilitation for a short-term stay after a brief illness, and the care he received was outstanding. The staff were kind, attentive and supportive throughout his recovery, helping him regain his strength and transition back home smoothly. I’m truly grateful for their compassion and dedication.
Thank you all for taking such good care of my Uncle and for being so kind! It really makes my heart happy to see how happy he is and how much he enjoys interacting with all of the staff! Thanks for everything! You all make a difference, and I hope that you know that!
The facility is nice and clean. All the staff are very nice. There is a lack of communication between shifts. Staff need training with hearing aides. Would be nice if in the Memory Care unit they would try to get people to participate in activities.
I came to Oil City Nursing Care and Rehab after surgery at Hamot Hospital. I had fallen and broken two bones in my legs. When I arrived I was frightened and unsure I had made the correct decision. I am leaving for home today, and couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff were efficient, kind, and reassuring. I was given the care and instruction I needed to be successful when I discharge today. When you or a family member needs rehab, or longer-term care, trust that this is the place to go.
Facility is dated, but the friendly and Professional staff more than make up for that. I know my loved one is in good hands and receiving the care and therapy that she needs.
