5 stars for a true 5 star facility ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ This home is a treat! The residents are genuinely happy. I would happily let my own parents and relatives live here without concern. Sharla the administrator has gone above and beyond to make it into such a lovely place. Take a tour, you’ll see her attention to every detail. Her team has really come together to help make great things happen. It is truly amazing.

First, allow me to state for the record, I live at Oswego Rehab. I have worked in this industry for about 40 years, I’m 60… The care is 5 Star across the board. the food is second to NONE.Well plated, well seasoned, great portions. A clean, Odor free, except for the wonderful aromas coming from the kitchen… From caring administration to Nursing staff, dietary through to housekeeping, and maintenance. I could not ask for better care. Great view through the nice wide windows… All nestled In the middle of a small town… Worth the drive. Come in and meet the worlds greatest staff…

My stepdad has been a resident here for a year. The staff is very negligent about helping residents eat. My dad was given peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for a meal because he couldn’t feed himself. My mom, sisters and I have complained about this and many other issues. I would not recommend this place for anyone. If you love your family members do not send them here.

Thank you all for the kindness and support throughout her stay at your facility. My Grandmother, Mary Ann Redman is now with Jesus and her husband in heaven. All of the staff this past week showed our family so much kindness and I will always be grateful!
