I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ELEVATE CARE IN PALOS!!! We have a family member at Elevate Care, though it has not been a whole month yet we have already seen some progress. My husband suffered 2 strokes in May 2025 at Christ hospital during a procedure making him completely bedridden and fed through a stomach tube. Before coming to Elevate care he was at another facility (Alyia) where he didn’t progress at all and we were told not much progress would be made. Here at Elevate Care we were met by Keisha ( wonderful lady) who showed us around the facility and explained how my husband would be taking care of and showed us the huge area where his PT would take place. We were very happy to see how clean the rooms were and how things were set up for the patients coming into their facility. Everyone who has my husband as their patient has been awesome (some really went beyond for him) The Therapy team ( so awesome) work very hard with him 5 days a week, we are really happy with them . We now see my husband sitting up in a chair, talking, joking and eating solid foods( We were left to believe he would have no progress) BUT, Elevate Care showed us why they are named Elevate Care. One of his Nurses ( Sue) is awesome, she works well with him and is very patient & friendly with the family as well. Reyna ( guardian Angel) is wonderful and up beat and makes sure we are happy with his care but most of all she makes sure he’s happy and comfortable. There was another awesome nurse who checked him in when he first got there, wish I would’ve paid attention to her name because she deserves to be recognized as well. Thank you to everyone who has worked so very hard to show us good people and good care does exist. We are praying my husband will be able to continue his care there so he can get strong enough to return home. THANK YOU ELVATE CARE!!!
This place is so nice and clean. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. My loved one is very happy there. Everything was perfect on my visit except I asked whom I was told was the administrator of the place (Short, white, stocky) and I was only going to ask him a question about the meals and he was very dismissive and rude towards me and stormed off like I offended him. I really didn’t know what I did wrong. Everything other than that mishap was just great.
I enjoy visiting my loved one here at Elevate. The entire staff is very friendly and courteous from the moment I check in, during my visit and until I leave.. This certainly helps with my visit, thank you.
Clean and quiet facility. My mother got lucky and received her own room. Her first meal looked appealing. The staff seem friendly and helpful. My mother hasn’t been here a week yet, so we will see how her care is..
Just spent a few weeks with the ladies of Elevate Care in Palos Heights. Plus with Donna the hair stylist who gave me a haircut so I did not look like a freak LOL. I can't even begin to tell you how awesome the staff is, PT Girls are great, very Knowledgeable and got me up and walking quickly. The nursing staff were so nice and dedicated to there jobs. Especially the head Nurse who was always doing double shifts and always had a smile. You know who you are LOL Keep up the good work. I will be back in a few weeks to thank you all. On a side note.. Take advantage of there policy about bring in food from family.. other than that, Top Notch
