Private rooms, private baths, skilled therapists, wonderful nursing staff. My Dad received great care. He enjoyed the vets. And the food! Thank you for getting him through his illness so he could get back home.
My father is here and the staff and services are excellent! The nurses who take care of him are top notch. They seem to truly care about his wellbeing and that has been a huge boon. The facilities are well taken care of and are nice. If your lived one is a veteran and in need of this kind of care, there is not a better place.
Central Utah Veterans Home is a unique environment. What they do different shows. They are devoted to veteran care and independence. The quality standards at this home are above and beyond. Each individual I have had the pleasure of interacting with have all displayed the highest respect and gratitude for the veterans under their care. The activities director, Chelsey Coronado, and her team, are fabulous and have built amazing interpersonal relationships with the vets and their families. I would recommend this facility to any veteran and their family members. All year long they are committed to inclusive community relationships that bring awareness and respect to veterans that would otherwise go missed. Their dedication to bring community awareness is not like any other facility out there. Avalon Health , Josh Newby and all the dedicated nurses, CNAs and staff, are a fantastic, well educated team.
