My mom was at this facility.. the staff always were professional but very warm and caring from the nurses to the physical therapy staff.. mets some special people …unfortunately mom’s hearing aids where lost .. Joseph Dickson was not the administrator at the time mom was their so I was never able to meet him in person.. but came after mom was discharged.. he took the matter on .. he handled the situation with professionalism and kindness.. I want to make a big shout out to Joe for taking this matter into his hands and make sure my mom was reimbursed.. Thank you for everything to Joe and his staff.

I toured the facility prior to having my brother sent there for rehab. I found the rooms to be clean and neat. The floors throughout were immaculate. There was a great presence of staff; nurses, aides, housekeeping, and admin. I was given a tour by Mary and Rose and they answered all my questions. When my brother arrived from the hospital by the ambulance company, he was quickly settled into his room. A nurse, two aides and a PA met with him and assessed him within 15 minutes of his arrival. I'm optimistic that my brother will receive the medical care and physical and occupational therapy necessary to be able to come home very soon.
