Went to take a patient some items they ordered and the place and service was bad…First off they wouldn’t take the patient items that she ordered and than yelled at her to come get her stuff than 2 of the nurses staff proceeded to go through her stuff as if they was going to pick through for the items they wanted I also heard someone yelling what sounded like fear or pain the condition of the building is in very poor condition I wouldn’t allow my dog to stay… I wouldn’t recommend this place this was my first and last time I wouldn’t be visiting or returning to that place again……PLEASE SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN AND PEOPLE GET YALL FOLKS OUT OF THERE ASAP
My daughter is at this facility. They have very poor commu ovation 90% of them time you get voice mail and. no return of your call. Yes my daughter does experience bet a or but this place advertises a lot more than it provides. When they patient tells you their heart is racing don't say its probably from her acting out and no even check it out even after being told they have a history of this. If I could get here In another facility or if I was capable of taking care of her myself I would.
They were caring ,outstanding, and professional with my mom. They will look out for your family like they are there family. To the point of being a patient advocate even if that means telling a family member they put the patients needs first over the family. Including strict covid visitations restricted visits and diligent temp checks for residents ,visitors and staff.
