I went to pick up my mother in law. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Very clean and everyone ( Staff) was very welcoming. I like you have to sign in at the kiosk for security reasons. Nurse was very helpful and went through the discharge papers and all information. Great place.
Due to my mom’s dementia, it was suggested that my mom recover here after her open heart surgery. Erika and the Rest of the nursing staff were extremely pleasant to not only my mom also to me! This was a rough experience, so that was definitely appreciated by me more than I can express. I also have to give appreciation to Qui Qui Who also went above and beyond for me and my mom. She was super amazing in making sure that we had EVERYTHING that we needed after her discharge! The way she advocated for us felt like more of family than just a case manager.
I am truly inspired by Qiana, Director of Care Solutions. Her patience, compassion, and evident passion for her work are truly admirable. Despite my extensive experience in the industry, I always seek her guidance and value her insights. Qiana embodies true leadership, serving as a role model for all of us in the field, highlighting the essential compassion required in elderly healthcare. Not only does she wholeheartedly dedicate herself to her patients, but she also actively contributes to her community, exemplifying the ideal qualities of a neighbor. Those who have had the privilege of working alongside her or benefiting from her care are indeed fortunate. Qiana's impact is profound, setting a standard of excellence and kindness that resonates far and wide. If you have been graced by her consider yourself blessed.
I have a loved one receiving therapy at the Heights on Valley Ranch. The therapists are working wonders with her. They provide encouragement as well as a varied physical tasks. The nurses and nurses aides have been very attentive. They are quick to come when called and are seated in the hallways ready to help. She enjoys garden views from her room and off the dining area. My entire family is happy with the choice we made for my sister who is precious to me.
I had to place my Mom here for rehabilitation after a lengthy hospital stay, she was treated wonderfully. The staff was extremely kind. A very special stand out was Quiana, she went above and beyond for my mother. My Mom was relocated and Quiana went the extra mile to make sure the facility would be a fit for her. So, far things are OK. I just want to Thank you Quiana for all you've done. You take the patients, their families and their well-being personally and when a loved one is in a position they didn't put themselves in such as failing health it just good to have someone like you out there.
