Coming from a prior acute hospital setting, I can pleasantly say this skilled nursing facility provides the utmost comfort and care to their residents and staff members. Reedwood Post Acute is organized, clean, professional, and provides exemplary care to all their residents and skilled patients on a daily basis. In house healthcare providers are available for residents providing around the clock care which include MD, Nursing (RN's, LVN,), CNA's Therapy PT/OT/RT/ST. Dietician, Podiatrist, Dentist, ENT, Ophthalmologist and any other supplemental care is added on as needed to provide optimal care. In addition, patients, are provided a variety of daily activities that they can participate in, social services, housekeeping, maintenance, dietary director, and so much more. Highly Recommend!
Employees are not only extremely competent they're also very friendly and treat the patients like family. Food is really good both Asian and American. PT people are amazing and quickly got me in shape and ready to go home. They made PT and OT both effective and fun. I can't tell you much I enjoyed Physical Therapy, they are the best! I can't explain how much I got out of my stay, significantly better after than before. If you're looking for a place for a relative or even yourself this is the place to go.
This is an excellent facility. All of the staff - nurses, physical therapists, administration were all very kind and so helpful. They really try their best to look out for all of their residents. The food is good as well. We also appreciated the small garden in the back. Overall a positive experience at Reedwood - thank you!
This is a wonderful place to receive skilled nursing and therapy services. The team is passionate, hardworking, knowledgeable, and attentive to your needs. We provide daily activities, meals, therapies and resources to improve your well-being and overall strength to be able to safely and successfully discharge back home.
The hard working staff here are all so friendly and competent in their skills! All the physical therapists know their jobs and improved my rehab significantly! The nurses and CNA's were all beyond wonderful and always cheerful! The administration staff was first rate and always there to answer questions! All in all you couldn't pick a better place for your rehabilitation needs! Thank you all so much!!
