The financial person is very rude as embarrassed myself and my mother that is there weather dementia the nurses are great the facilities though look one way in the pressure and in the common areas nice and the rooms at the common area or nice until you get back to the actual rooms and then I like something from 1970 the window sills leak there's roaches you can smell the black mold there's holes in the wall to cut in for a closet where you see pipes and it's not even framed in one of my mother got there she had a 1970s batch a bad spread look like drama Myrtle Beach Roach motel I have not kept me up to date with her medicines and some of all the staff need to realize that she doesn't want to be there anymore than they do at times more specially speaking of the financial person her social worker is wonderful and like I said her nurses have been wonderful but if we had any other choice she wouldn't be there but unfortunately we do not. And another thing she was just in rehab in the blythewood location we had not even decided about the long-term care at that point that wasn't till January the 9th that we decided that on December 30th they had already started trying to take her social security check and we had not even filled out any paperwork. And another thing she had fallen and had two brain bleeds that's why she was in the rehab facility but yet she has yet to be taken to a doctor checked out for that or her neurologist to make sure her seizure medicines up to date

I meet some really amazing people from different walks of life here. The Administrator is amazing and down to earth. The DHS is very patient , Knowledgeable and doesn’t mind instructing you. It feels like family. I love the atmosphere.

I wouldn't recommend this place, the building is old, it needs a lot of work done to it, it also has all kinds of bugs. I had to spray the room, and clean the room my father stayed in. The staff was nice though, I give them that.

1 star for the electricity, water, and roof!! Stepmom put my dad there. There was nothing I could do to get him out. I never saw a room that looked like the ones or their website. My dad’s sink was about to fall off the wall and the floors were hideous. Unfortunately, my dad passed away after 5 weeks of being there.

At this facility some of the women care but most of them don't. I have three women that will communicate with me when it comes to my mom. I even called corporate office. They have not returned my phone call. These people don't even care. It's a lady their name Miss Chris. She is terrible. Do me a favor. Do not let your loved ones come to this facility.
