A few weeks ago the time had come to place our father in a facility to help with his basic needs, a decision no family wants to do. Mission Arch came highly recommended from a friend. I contacted Irma and she was very helpful and receptive on getting our father in there. She walked us through it every step of the way. The facility is clean and friendly. Obviously dad would rather be home but he has made some friends there and is happy with his care. I would recommend this facility to anyone, as it was to me.
One of the most hardest decisions in life is placing a loved one in a home but all the staff from the care team, admissions team, therapy team to the business office at Mission Arch have all been great to us and especially very caring to my Mom. The transition has been smooth and everyone has been great to work with. The nurses always take the time to give us an update any time we call to ask how my mom is doing. We've had a very positive experience with the entire team which speaks volumes to their dedication. It's a testament to the fact that they see this as more than just a job. It's a huge relief when you know your loved one is in good hands, and it's especially heartwarming to know my mom is getting the best compassionate care there is! Thank you Mission Arch!!
i don’t recommend putting your loved ones here! between the roaches, bed bugs, spiders, NOT showering the residents when their suppose to, this facility is diabolical. Residents are going days even weeks without showering. I had a loved one at this facility so i know!! those CNAs are only there for a CHECK! to keep up their BBL and LIP INJECTIONS!!! don’t say i didn’t warn ya!
I can't thank Mission Arch enough. Mom and I needed them and they came through. Mom recovered ahead of schedule and happy.
My mother stayed at Mission Arch twice in one year. First time around was for PT, second was to wait for her apartment to be restored after the flooding October 2024. Both times PT was absolutely amazing, ensuring to get her back to her original baseline. Irma in placement has been such an amazing support for my mother, and for me, while trying to navigate the hardship of her not being in her own apartment. I could not be more appreciative for the support they gave to her.
