The older black lady at the front where you log in at is very rude, impolite, discourteous, ill mannered, disrespectful just to name a few. She has no hospitality at all, when someone who has driven 3hrs to come see their love one and this is the first thing that you're greeted by its shows what's really going on in your building. This isn't the first time I've encountered her. I have to truly bit my tongue. She really needs to be replaced.

This facility has a high employment turnover. Their employee staff is always disappearing. Some employees help while others sit a gossip about the residents making nasty comments about each and everyone nurses included. The nursing staff is lazy will not lift a finger to assist when needed their cell phones and sleep break while on duty at the nursing station or in an empty room is more important. Find another place to bring your love one. This should be your last resource if you need a quick dollar.

To the ones who truly want your loved ones taken well care of….. PLEASE check out other places before going here. I’ve never seen so many “cover up’s “ and such a HIGH turnover rate in my 14 years of nursing. The Administration is AWFUL and she only cares about herself. She sits and hides from any issues. A lot of wounds that could have been prevented and Lord forbid your loved one fall….. It will go “unnoticed “. It’s more work on the nurse. Getting pay on your Paycard is worse than a root canal! Please look around before stopping here…..

They supposedly lost 3 quilts and two brand new nightgowns of my mom's. They have only showered her 3 times in three months. The food is very lacking and is served luke warm at best. The administrative staff is extremely rude. Stay away from this place if you want your loved one truly cared for.

Mike, Nutritional staff, PTs and a couple of Nurses/CNAs are the only good people to deal with. The food served is excellent and second to none. It would be nice if the portions served were more but I guess the Facility budget doesn't allow that. Sam head of Nursing and CNAs is terrible, her leadership is questionable.. I really wish I could say more nice things about this place, but it is impossible.
