The place was amazing for my dad. Elisa made me feel at home. Made sure I was comfortable leaving him in their care. The only issue we had was Tasha from social services. Not only was she rude. She doesn't listen to the family nor does she correctly transfer patients. She denied transportation for my dad to their sister facility in Monterey. Ask for Daisy instead.
The staff at Pacific Coast Post Acute has gone above and beyond to help my wife during her stay at Pacific Coast Post Acute center. My wife have been having some major health issues that had result in partial paralysis in her legs. The Staff are the BEST!! Great Thanks to Elisa in Admissions, and staff Jasmin and Jenifer. Skilled nursing is a well run , clean and safe facility.Excellent nursing staff .great physical and occupational therapists. The CNA are professional and kind .staff took great care of my mother . We are very fortunate to have this level of care for our loved ones ..
Had a family member stay here. A CNA told my blind wheelchair bound family member that someone took their wheelchair while my family member was on the ground (for their safety) writhing in pain, which caused my family to yell and become upset. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
The facility is impeccably clean and organized. It’s a real pleasure to be in such well - kept environment.” The staff’s professionalism and expertise were evident throughout my mother Lydia visit. The provided exceptional service and made us feel valued. Thank you for keeping All your patience safe Godbless!! Lydia Bayonito Room 208
