The place was amazing for my dad. Elisa made me feel at home. Made sure I was comfortable leaving him in their care. The only issue we had was Tasha from social services. Not only was she rude. She doesn't listen to the family nor does she correctly transfer patients. She denied transportation for my dad to their sister facility in Monterey. Ask for Daisy instead.

Had a family member stay here. A CNA told my blind wheelchair bound family member that someone took their wheelchair while my family member was on the ground (for their safety) writhing in pain, which caused my family to yell and become upset. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
