Kristina Lee Walker LPN During my interactions with this LPN, I witnessed a family member receive both neglect regarding patient care and behavior that I perceived as racially discriminatory. My family member’s medical concerns were repeatedly minimized, and I was left feeling baffled as I witnessed my family waiting for extended periods without updates or necessary care. Questions regarding my family member’s treatment were met with dismissive or unclear responses, while other patients appeared to receive more attentive and respectful service. I usually don’t write these Google reviews but this place will experience lawsuits from 1 bad apple.
This place has good bones. Meaning the CNAs the LPNs and Floor Rns are amazing comming together to provide the best care possible. Now in my 9 months here it has been restructured 3-4 times. There has been 2-3 new administrators. There has been 3-4 new DONS. 2 State Inspections & 1Federal &State Instection & a Smoke/fire alarm system that has been on the fritz since the first administrator. Administration needs to do better with communication in regards of making sure nursing staff/any staff has all supplies available to meet residents needs. Instead of pointing the finger come together as a whole to ensure the residents needs can be met.
Staff is competent and caring. The LPN and RN staff are excellent. They always keep me well informed. The therapy department is professional and pleasant to talk with. They keep my loved one engaged and moving. The business manager is accessible and knowledgeable of insurances. The Administrator is visible and compassionate to my loved ones needs.
My grandfather had a recent stay with this facility. I couldn't be happier with his rehab outcomes. The staff was very professional, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. They made a difficult time for this family much easier. Thank you for everything
Very friendly and competent staff, especially Markila and the PT and OT staff.
