Refused to answer my father's call bell until I called up there several times. His roommate also used the call bell and was left in his own poop for 3 hours. He was there for rehab. If you love your relative make sure they don't go here. He literally told me he just wanted out of that "hellhole". He praised the rehab team but the actual people that were supposed to care for him did not do the bare minimum. I was visiting and his roommate asked the CNA to clean his table off from where he brushed his teeth hours before and the CNA acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I am a former CNA and they were not doing their jobs.

This is a facility that should've been shut down some years ago !!! SOME of the staff are SO RUDE & are only there for a paycheck & have no regards for the patients!! * I said some but if the shoe fits...WEAR IT !!!* It's a shame & a disgrace that someone you care so much about has to be half cared for at this facility. I would suggest doing a great deal of research about this place before placing any of your loved ones there. If it's a MUST that they have to be there, make sure you have someone that can check on him/her around the clock.

My grandma is currently in here from having her leg cut off. When she arrived they were giving her a type of medicine that said not to give her because she is allergic and had her very ill for awhile. The ladies working there always have an attitude toward her. They don’t ever fed her right. If I was you, I’d advise you not to come here. Only reason why she is staying cause we don’t know any where else to put her til she is better.
