I have an outstanding rating for this facility. I am so impressed with the compassion and attention they show to the residents. Many times I come in and see staff dressed up doing games and celebrating different holidays with the residents, often they hug or offer a pat on the back with a smile. The smiles I see are genuine! Each department brings its own unique touch to the overall environment. Great management in house with an outstanding treatment team. Nothing is always perfect but I do appreciate the effort and it shows

I can’t thank the rehab team at Starkville Manor enough for everything they’ve done for us. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel like family. The therapists were not only incredibly skilled but also kind, patient, and encouraging every step of the way. They took the time to get to know us, explain the process, and set realistic goals. What impressed me the most was how they celebrated every bit of progress, no matter how small. That encouragement kept us motivated and gave us the hope we needed during a tough time with my grandfather. The staff truly went above and beyond—always listening, always supportive, and always pushing just enough to help us reach the next milestone. It’s clear that the rehab team genuinely cares about their patients, and that made all the difference to my family. Thanks to their dedication and compassion, we’ve seen incredible improvements in my grandfather that we honestly didn’t think were possible at the beginning. We will forever be grateful to the entire rehab team at Starkville Manor.

Had to find a place for my grandfather, with begining stages of Alzheimer's, for the weekend so we could attend a family function out of state. Admission was pleasant friendly and very thorough. Was asked and provided all key information and he felt comfortable when we left. When retuning to get him in 3 days was in good spirits well fed and smiling. Obviously had been taken well care of.
