My husbands clothes keep coming up missing as well as other things. I told the nurse about it. She wrote it down but nothing has been done. I left my husband in their care hoping to get the help I needed, and now Im constantly worrying about him!
The incompetence, negligence, unlawful and unethical employees of this horrifyingly foul and filthy facility, now has their business license in question by the Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals & Licensing. My father suffered in agony for eight days before the Dr, that was “afraid” to prescribe an opioid for “fear of constipation”, ordered an Rx for pain management. These people will do anything to make your loved one as miserable, pain ridden, and lonely, as is sub-humanly possible. They’ll defiantly ignore and dismiss any Durable Power of Attorney’s instructions and / or legality. They’re everyone’s worst nightmare come true—they guarantee it. They refused to allow an employee to visit her own grandmother, at her own place of employment, due to a “conflict of interest.” The brazen chutzpah of denying their own staff to visit their own grandmother, who is now a victim, at the mercy of these heartless, incompetent, unaccountable and abusive staff, says it all. They want no witnesses and nothing that anyone should ever have to experience. RUN!!!
The staff members are very nice and friendly and also will help with anything you need in a timely matter.
