Very rude black woman at reception desk refused to let me speak to any on duty managers. Then she called security to remove me. Luckily a helpful admin coordinator assisted me. The outside of the facility is gorgeous. Hopefully, management will encourage better communication.
It is hard to describe this wonderful place- unless you have actually been there. The staff is just fantastic. The cooks are superior and the facilities people work wonders. I attend a few events a year up there like a "strawberry feed" in mid-summer, outdoor degrees during times of good weather, and visitations.
This place is nothing short of a slice of paradise! I am speaking of BOTH facilities and staff.
My grand mother lives here and it is perfect. The care could not be better. The staff is amazing. We should all be so lucky as to have a place like this in our future!
Too bad they don't accept outpatient
