I have a family member at PruittHealth- Walterboro SC. My visits with him have always been pleasant. The Administrator has ALWAYS been very helpful when I've had questions or concerns, and has always returned my calls. Others in the Administration very helpful and have helped get thru the process of their care. I can say the only complaint I have is calling the facility and nobody answering the phone or be put on hold and still nobody picking up.

My dad has been at PruittHealth since July 19, 2025. The entire staff has worked diligently to help my dad regain his strength in hopes of being able to go home before the end of the year. Their physical and occupational therapy teams have really helped him immensely, and I'm so grateful for their assistance, especially with me living 9 hours away. Some of the specific staff members I'd like to thank are Blake, Serita and Kyle. They've been there to answer questions and help make sure this whole process is easy for our entire family, and for that, I'm incredibly thankful. If you are looking for a care facility for your loved one, I'd recommend PruittHealth - Walterboro! My dad has expressed his delight, as well, and has said that they've helped him more than the previous rehab facility he went to! So again, we are truly appreciative for all they've done!

I would really like the Owner or Director of Pruitt Health to get in contact with me so I can express my gratitude for their staff. My Mother has been to every Specialist you can think of, all the so called experts, and nobody could find a way to help improve her health. Since she's been at Pruitt she's been improving more in a year than she has been the past 10 years. The difference isn't the level of training, degrees or experience. The difference is the staff actually cares about her and it shows. She's not just a client or a bed space. She's a human being. And Pruitt has shown time and time again that they care. They deserve to be recognized for the Great job they do! I appreciate it!

A Dangerous Place for Your Loved Ones I am utterly devastated and enraged by the horrific experience my family has endured at Pruitt Health in Walterboro, SC. The level of neglect and incompetence displayed by the nursing staff at this facility is not only unacceptable but outright dangerous. My family member was admitted to Pruitt Health with the expectation that they would receive the care and attention needed. Instead, they were subjected to blatant neglect that nearly cost their life. My family member was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, suffering from severe dehydration, neglect, and pneumonia—a direct result of the gross mishandling and lack of care from the staff at this facility. The nursing staff at Pruitt Health demonstrated a shocking disregard for their patients’ well-being. They failed to monitor their condition, ignored clear signs of distress, and left my family member to deteriorate in their so-called care. The fact that a loved one could be left in such a vulnerable state, suffering in silence, is beyond comprehension. This facility should be held accountable for the trauma they have caused, and I urge anyone considering placing their loved ones in this facility to think twice. The management and staff at Pruitt Health have proven that they are not only incompetent but completely indifferent to the lives entrusted to them. Pruitt Health in Walterboro is not a safe place for the elderly or anyone in need of care. My family is now dealing with the aftermath of their negligence, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others. This facility must be investigated, and I sincerely hope it gets shut down before more lives are put at risk.
