All we wanted was to move our loved one closer to home, (its been well over 2 months now) Calls & emails not returned!! I have been ignored on all questions, not informed of availability, when you do get an answer the one to talk to is never there and/or on Vacation, admissions is horrible in returning calls and info.!!!

Chelsea in admissions is amazing however amy in Accounting and Susan her boss treat you like a child and when you ask for copies of your bill or an itemized bill get very upset with you. The rooms are very not clean regularly we have to clean every time we go there and for $325 a day. It seems a little ridiculous. The Director and assistant Director will not return your messages or calls if you have any concerns like we have a credit and have received no information on the $3000 credit. We have attempted to contact them several times. When we decided to move our grandmother home. one of the nurses even told her we didn’t want her with us. Chelsea is the only good thing about this place… The only staff member that seems to care.

They didn’t give the care my Dad needed. Something happened to upset him and it was a bad night. They’re not giving Dad another chance, even in a different area of the facility. I think they need to seriously examine their staff to be sure they’re right for the job. The should have cameras to monitor not only patients but staff. How are they really treating their patients. I suspect a problem that administration should investigate. I don’t recommend this facility to anyone. I don’t know how they got a five star rating. I think that’s a farce. They don’t deserve it. You have to give a star to get your comments posted. I give them black holes, not stars.

The nurses here are excellent and take wonderful care of their patients. They talk to them, bring them out of their rooms and let patients watch tv and socialize with other facility residents. My grandmother suffered a stroke and the staff spends enough time with her that she knows all of their names by the sound of their voices. The facility is in excellent shape and offers lots of natural light and windows to see out of. We moved my grandmother from another facility to this one so she would be closer to home and family members and we are very glad we did. We love Oak Hill and suggest it to anyone who is facing the decision to put their loved one in a skilled nursing facility. This is a good one!

Never returned my voicemail. Finally someone answered the phone and said the person I was trying to contact was on vacation. Referred me to a third person and I left a voicemail. She didn’t return it either.
