Elizabeth Seton Residence is just simply a wonderful place. The staff are more than just caring and professional, they really take the time to get to know each resident as a person. The building is always clean and welcoming. It is bright so bright with lots of windows, no bad smell, and everyone is always smiling. The rehab team is excellent and truly focused on helping people reach their goals. You can tell everyone here takes pride in what they do. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for quality short term rehab or long-term care!

I could not be more disappointed in this skilled rehab rehabilitation center. My loved one was under their care from a Friday afternoon to a Tuesday evening. As a diabetic, his sugars were out of control. Last night he needed to use the restroom. Two staff members were assisting him and getting there. There were items on top of the toilet and one staff member let go of him to move the items And he fell, requiring readmission to the hospital. The Emergency Room physician said he was severely dehydrated. I don’t understand how this happens under their care. I happen to know their physician put eyes on him on the same day he readmitted. How she could not tell he was dehydrated I will never understand. I can tell you the nurse manager did not want to talk to me this morning, she wanted the report from the staff. But here it is. If I were you and my loved one were going into skilled rehab, I would not go near this rehab if they are in any way medically complicated. And please know I asked two people in charge if they were in a position to handle his medical complexities, and I was assured they were.

This community has sustained my aunt over the years thru the stages as she ages in a place that remains constant, ethical, respectful, and incredibly supportive with positive mental attitude. The visitors that come with me to visit all have remarked at the TLC, the cleanliness, the activities, the grounds. My aunt would have rated her community as "super dee duper "!!

My mother was a resident there from May until December when she passed away. Her care was excellent! The nursing and direct care staff were always helpful, and the ability to have a private room for my mother was really a good thing due to her dementia. The Thanksgiving luncheon with residents' families participating was such a nice event that I do not think could be easily duplicated in view of their access to the large dining hall in the adjacent retirement home for the Sisters of Charity. Our whole family was left with a wonderful experience to remember!
