We have been residents of Crestwood Manor for two and a half years. We are very comfortable in our apartment and greatly enjoy the many activities provided. We have made many meaningful friendships here and look forward to dining and socializing with them. Recently I suffered a debilitating injury while away from home. The support I have received from staff and friends, upon returning, has been instrumental in making quick progress back to full mobility. We love living here at Crestwood Manor.

When my parents moved into Crestwood Manor almost 2 years ago they found a wonderful welcoming environment. There are so many different activities that they can enjoy and they have made many new friends. The residents and staff are friendly , the facility is clean and their apartment is just right for their needs. As a family member, I am delighted to see my parents so happy!

Our journey with Crestwood Manor in Whiting, New Jersey, began when my 87-year-old mother and I embarked on the search for the perfect retirement community. Having explored numerous options in Boca Raton, South Florida, so she could stay near me, we both agreed that Crestwood Manor surpassed all expectations and was better than anywhere we had considered in Florida. My mom, Nicole, is 100 years old and has lived in this wonderful place for thirteen years, twelve in independent living, one in assisted living, while on and off for a few months in their healthcare facility. Nestled within walking distance of each other, Crestwood Manor offers a continuum of care, accommodating residents' evolving needs seamlessly. Our initial interactions with the Crestwood team radiated professionalism and excellence. Their knowledge, responsiveness, and flexibility were immediately evident, setting a standard that continues to impress us. The facility itself is meticulously maintained and thoughtfully designed. From the beautifully adorned communal areas boasting relaxing seating, grand floral arrangements, and cheerful holiday decorations to the airy outdoor spaces with comfortable benches and gazebos, every detail contributes to a welcoming atmosphere. Safety and inclusivity are paramount at Crestwood Manor, with a focus on implementing robust protocols and ensuring accessibility for all residents. This commitment to security and comfort instills peace of mind for families like mine. Moreover, there is a vibrant sense of community. Residents are not just occupants; they are active participants in a rich tapestry of social engagement and meaningful connections. Considerately curated activities and events, including daily crafts, games, lectures, and concerts, foster a sense of camaraderie and belonging that enriches lives immeasurably. What truly distinguishes Crestwood Manor is its excellent staff that work around the clock. Everyone from the executives to the exceptional security, maintenance, dining, caregivers, aids, physical therapists, nurses, doctors, transportation, and front desk people give my mother, and her family unwavering support, friendly concern, and attention. We are so thankful that every team member has demonstrated a level of kindness and hospitality that exceeded our expectations and work hard to make my mother’s stay not only comfortable but truly enjoyable. In conclusion, if you are seeking a senior living community that embodies warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, look no further than Crestwood Manor. It is not just a Five Star experience, it's the best!

I performed a great deal of research before determining that Crestwood was the best option for my mother. What most struck me was the level of staff quality, followed by the overall quality of their facilities and the options for a healthy social life these make possible. Under the difficult pandemic conditions Crestwood continues to provide excellent care for the residents and maintain their safety. I have the same peace of mind knowing my mother is there as I would if my family were taking care of her - more so, in fact since they have excellent health care options that are directly on premise. I recommend Crestwood highly.

My mother's journey at Crestwood Manor began almost 13 years ago. During this time, as health issues changed, she moved from Independent Living, to Assisted Living, and she's now in Healthcare. Along the way she has received the best of care and has been treated with kindness and compassion. The Activities Department in all three sections have kept her busy and content. My mom is 101, so that's a testimony in itself. Thank you Crestwood Manor!
