This facility has the most caring staff. We had a bit of an urgent admission under stressful circumstances and they accepted our family member in a very short amount of time and it was very evident that they were happy to do so. The DON that had to review the records for admission was on vacation and worked on it remotely to ensure it was handled in a timely manner. Nurse Megan is an angel and does a wonderful job with the patients. I think nearly every staff member from every department assisted the day we moved grandma in and they were all so welcoming and made the transition easier on the patient and our family. Our loved one was only there 18 days before she passed away but it was evident that she had already formed a bond with the staff at YCHR. Thanks again to the entire staff for your loving care.

This place shows the real meaning of family. My great grandfather was a resident here, and I knew he could not have been in any better hands. They treated him like he was their own grandpa and were so understanding and caring for him!! When he was passing, they were truly so accommodating and helpful with our entire family being there. They made sure he was passed peacefully and that we all were comfortable. I would 100000% recommend this facility to anyone, including my own family. They will take care of your loved ones and you with the best possible love and care you can get.

I have been fortunate to have the staff at Yates Center Health and Rehab care for both of my parents. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure both of my parents received the best care. They ensured that our preferences were met and maintained a home-like environment during their stays. The communication and dedication of the staff is par none. The staff became more like family, and I will forever be grateful for each and every one of them.

Not only am I a proud employee of Mission Health but I trust Yates Center Health & Rehab with my grandfather. Making the move from home at 97 years of age was difficult, but he now loves his HOME! Thank you to all the staff that cares for my grandfather. Your work is appreciated.
