"Extremely unprofessional. They don’t tell you it’s a training center until you’ve done four days of pre operation protocols. It’s not until you’re an hour from receiving the procedure that they inform you you’re a guinea pig at a training facility. Training facilities are necessary, but it’s important to have strong leadership from those that are supposed to be in charge. In my situation I was dealing with a nurse that was having an off day. I was just waking up from my procedure when I was met with extreme aggression. I informed those in charge that I wanted the nurses name so that I could file a formal complaint. When I asked if I could have the name of the aggressor, I was told to ask her personally, which only escalated the problem. A simple Google search will tell you that patients have the right to know the name of those working on you, and what job they’re performing. I was denied this information. Denying simple patient rights is unacceptable, and sets a bad example for those in training. For these reasons I can’t recommend this facility. "
