Findlay Surgery Center

For the most part the staff is wonderful. However my partner was getting a procedure done and while he was still out of it our nurse asked another nurse for help. Veronica is her name. She refused to help our nurse with him. Veronica told our nurse she refused to help him as I looked right at her. Not only is my partner not wanting to ever go back there he no longer wants to be apart of Blanchard valley. If it was a true emergency my partner would be dead.

Great place and great staff. However if your there and not the driver of patient just a reminder that they come out the side door. Im not there daily so I forgot from a while back they come out side door. I was asked by front desk (politely as always) who I was waiting on..even after I said..they didnt think to say "they dont come out this way". So there I stood till my family came walking back in to say they were waiting on me. Small detail but it mattered to me to be there waiting when they came out!

I cannot express just how grateful I am for all the wonderful people who took care of me when I was in this facility. The only name I got was my nurse Ronda, but everyone was so caring and understanding of how nervous I was. I felt very welcomed and wanted to thank everyone who took care of me there.

Findlay Surgery Center, Dr. Yoder, and staff do great work (had umbilical hernia surgery)! They really care about their patients. Trust your health with them!

I had my procedure done on 8-15-24, from the moment I walked through the door,till the time I was wheeled out, amazing! The lady that checked me in very kind. My nurse(lisa) was right there waiting for me,took me back got me ready.when Pam came to get me very friendly,and funny! The best person was CINDY! Her bedside manner was just amazing! She absolutely belongs in medical,she talked to me,rubbed my head and told me everything was going to be ok! Absolutely the best. Then Megan took me back to my room, made sure I understood everything. The gentleman that wheeled me out to the car,very kind! I've never been to a medical place where I had the best service from start to finish! Way to go findlays surgery center!
