"Beware of this place. The staff messed up my insurance authorization pre surgery and surgery was conducted despite not being covered by the insurance carrier. I ended up receiving a bill from Meadows Surgery Center for $59, 000. When I contacted them the staff did not try to rectify their mistake nor take ownership of their error and were passing the buck. Ended up in collection resulting in expensive lawyer fees and court proceedings. Unnecessary problems causing me extensive legal trouble and financial setback. I would give a minus 5 rating if the option was available. Beware and Be Warned!!!!!!"
