I cannot recommend Whispering Pines Personal Care Home highly enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt the warmth and care that the staff provides to the residents. The facility is well-maintained and has a lovely, cozy atmosphere that truly feels like home. The caregivers are incredibly compassionate and attentive. They genuinely take the time to get to know each resident, ensuring personalized care that meets their unique needs. It's clear that they are dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where everyone feels valued and respected. The activities offered are engaging and enjoyable, promoting social interaction among residents. I’ve seen firsthand how these activities uplift spirits and foster friendships. The meals are also outstanding; nutritious, delicious, and tailored to accommodate dietary restrictions. Overall, Whispering Pines is a wonderful place for seniors. It delivers not just excellent care, but also a sense of community and belonging. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind that comes from knowing my loved one is in such good hands!

Monday, I moved to my mother into Whispering Pines. I can’t tell you enough how I wish I had done this sooner. She is so happy and content, she loves her room. She enjoys meeting the staff and think they are all wonderful. She loves her new friends that she’s making, and she loves the food and the variety they give her. Thank you guys so much for taking such good care of my mother. Her whole personality has changed. she is so happy and full of life. I can’t believe the change that has happened to her. God bless you guys for your kindness, warmth, and love that you show the elderly that stay there.

Finding a quality care facility for mom was very difficult. Many other facilities were lacking and downright terrible. Whispering Pines has been a Godsend. The staff is nice and professional, management is helpful and informative, the facility is comfortable and dorm-like. There is never the perfect place for your loved one when you can't take care of them yourself, but WP is one of the better, affordable options.

Well I would rate this place 0 the lowest of the lowest... And this also comes from the staff too... First of all I was there one day and over heard a resident say they was calling the state.. Was out of food and feeding everyone spam.. I really feel sorry for the people that have high blood pressure eating that.. Not to say when we put our mother there Amy told us they see a Dr every Wednesday... What a lie . My mom was there 7 months and never once seen a Dr.. The Dr told us that he only laid eyes on her walking in the parking lot..Amy pointed her out .she then told the P.A the physician assistant that all she does is walk..told him to prescribe her trazodone..and other medications.. Amy also told him that if she doesn't stay in that she couldn't stay there she had 30 days..chemical restraint is what they did to my mom.. doped her up.. Amy the director does not answer her phone at all when it is an emergency and that comes from staff also.. The protocol there for calling 911 is terrible..my mother was unresponsive couldn't walk .. And they left her there on the couch to die basically..I stay in Gwinnett county and had to call the ambulance. .. they don't do rounds to check on the residents.. my mom was in her room had threw up on herself poop and pee choking.. Sandy the night person lied... Please please don't send your love ones there.. it needs to be shut down . Or a new director

We have had an amazing experience at this facility. I’m in charge of my Aunt’s care and the team at whispering pines has bent over backwards to make sure that we have gotten what we need every step of the way. Highly recommend!
