She feels at home. All of us in her extended family are happy for the quality of life she enjoys in the Regent community.

We wanted to let you know how helpful all of the staff has been with my dad‘s transition to the care suites. In particular, Zabina in the kitchen, has been so helpful with making sure my dad has the meals he enjoys. The other night when I was there, my dad‘s TV would not work. Two members of your staff, George and Andrea, helped me troubleshoot and figure it out. They were so helpful, and wanted to make sure we got it working for my dad. Thanks again for helping us make this transition as smooth as possible.
We are looking at this community for our aging parents. We have checked around with many facilities and always come back to Augustana Regent of Burnsville. We have worked with Beth who has been wonderful to work with and so understanding of our situation. We have interviewed several of the residents during our tours and each time we speak with a resident they relay the same message, that they "love" living there. When we asked specifically what they liked, over and over the stories were the same. They said they love the staff, they love all the activities they can get involved in, they love the nature/scenery walk surrounding the facility, they love the food and they stated the people that live there are just so friendly. We also know many of our friends and neighbors who have had loved ones there as well and they also speak highly of how much their loved ones were cared for and loved living there. We feel this is the place to be!
