Aviva Hills

Beautiful place to spend time or long term live in care. Excellent chef on staff, great administrative staff. To some who say they have had turnovers with patients, it's probably because lots of residents die in these types of homes. Caring and loving staff.

After moving my father up from Florida to Aviva Hills-- I have never been so pleased, in level of care and attention he is receiving here. He has not used all the facilities features yet-- but what he has used he likes, again I like what the place is doing for him. Thanks

Aviva Hills is a beautiful community. great staff and residents.

Aviva Hills in Canton looks like a great facility. However, once you have a love one as a resident, you see a different side of things. The administration, such as the Executive Director and Sales Director, are terrible. They will not answer calls or return calls. Even when you call multiple times to explain why you need to reach them. In my case, they lost my Mother’s VA paperwork that contained personal finance information. This cost us three months of lost benefits. Simply because they would not answer or return calls. The turn over rate is very high. Not surprising, given the negligence of the admin group. I would not recommend Aviva Hills to anyone looking for a facility. It is a case of smoke and mirrors. It looks good aesthetically, but once inside you will see some things that are not pretty at all.

I moved into Aviva Hills after a very serious illness to recover. I was there eight months and in that time I got to the residence and the staff. I had a fantastic experience I felt safe and cared for. I felt like all of my needs were met. I would highly recommend Aviva hills for anyone who’s recovering or needs assisted-living in anyway. And if I need assisted-living again I would not hesitate to go back. I would know I would be welcomed and cared for. if you or your family member needs this type of care this is a fantastic place. I am thankful for their help is my recovery.
