Orchard Pointe at Creek Valley

I am giving this community a 4.0 star because improvement is being made. I was hesitant to keep my family member in this community due the very high turnover in management and caregivers. At times, communication was less than ideal, and it was difficult for my mom to establish a lasting relationship with staff due to frequent changes. There has been improvement in caregivers, and my mom recently made a comment about how great the food is. While there’s still work to be done, I appreciate the steps that have been taken to address past issues. Another positive change is Rosa Jackson. If I could, I would give her a 10 star. Since Rosa took over the business office, things have really improved. I can contact her and she actually answers the phone. Before she started, there were a lot of issues with billing and things just didn’t seem organized. Every month I had question about charges on my mom bill. She had different amount every month and no one could explain the reason why. but she came in, fixed everything, and now it’s all running smoothly. Whenever I see her, she always has a smile. It’s been such a nice change having her at the community. We decided to stay and see what other positive change will happen. If you are considering Orchard Pointe, I recommend touring and speaking with some of the current residents and staff to get a sense of the recent improvements. Overall, I am hopeful about the future and grateful for the positive changes.

My parents have been so resistant to senior living, but we finally convinced them to try it. The entire staff is so welcome and warming. The Executive Director, Blair, is so present with the families and residents. What a great decision we made! 10/10 recommend!

This is a wonderfully NEW Independent, assisted living, memory care facility. We moved into the independent section, but later if we need either care, we can still get it in our now apartment. They have an on site chef for every meal. You get breakfast and either lunch OR dinner 7 days a week. EVERY staff member is super friendly and helpful . There are numerous activities to partake of to help meet new people. If I can figure out how to do it I will post pictures of the beautiful features. The last picture is MY apartment--a one bedroom one bath with "den" AND there. was room for our kitchen table and chairs. Come by for a visit. Even if you just need independent living, everything is NEW. NO WAITING LIST "yet"!

From the very beginning, working with Emily and the entire team at Orchard Pointe has been nothing short of a blessing. Emily's warmth, professionalism, and genuine heart made a world of difference during what can often be a difficult transition. She, along with the others that helped us, took the time to answer every question, ease every concern, and made us feel like family from day one. What truly sets this community apart is the deep level of care and intentionality the staff brings to each and every resident. The team prioritizes creating not just a safe space, but a joyful, enriching, and dignified environment for everyone who calls this place home. We are beyond grateful for Emily and the entire staff - they have created something truly special.

Orchard Point is a God send! Mom was one of the first 3 residents to move in! Most parents aren’t onboard with moving from their home. Trust me! Make the move for them! Mom moved into Assisted Living! The care and attention they provide is amazing! She is much happier being around people and having help to do daily tasks! Amber, the Enrichment Coordinator, is great at facilitating creative activities to keep her involved and engaged. The dining team is amazing! Food is wonderful! The entire staff at OP is so caring & helpful. They all seem to really love where they work!! I highly recommend taking a tour with Magan or Wes!
