"Working for Millbrook homes is a wonderful experience as far as the clients go but the management hit a situation during covid-19- the house manager was taken off the schedule for 7 Days - that house manager have been in contact with another woman who was an employee there as a caregiver and she was tested positive for covid-19 and that lady was off for a few weeks but the management didn't tell me anything about it !I found out because the house manager came and told me that she was going to have to get tested that she was already feeling sick and I would never have found out through the management because management didn't tell me and when confronted they try to lie about it! The second thing was that they moved in a woman from Washington while it was being implemented that we wear masks and gloves and some PPE,the woman had not been tested and she put all of his ladies at risk in the house because there was no way to tell if the woman was sick or not! Also during my time working there the employer Janet Cornell used her sister-in-law who was not qmap - she was serving meds -how can you trust a woman who has no education in medication to serve your mother or father with these medications that they would know nothing about ?I mean the homes are nice as far as structure but can you trust someone who lies and covers up and uses humiliation and degradation to control their employees?the pay is good but that's how the employees get trapped working for these two ladies &Millbrook homes- when there's a bad review _management makes employees write positive ones to cover up!"
