Lantern of Chagrin Valley

My grandma is living her best life here! The staff is exceptional and treat her like family. They are always available to answer any question or concerns and in the rare event they are not, they call me back the same day. It’s comforting knowing she is someplace she is well cared for. It’s also adorable on the inside!

The little homes are the cutest thing. It's like grandma or grandpa can sit on their front porch. Staff is super friendly and cares for the residents like they are family.

My dad really loves his home here! Everyone is friendly and so helpful. My dad is young and this isn’t something I thought we would be going through. The staff has helped me with any questions along the way. Thanks everyone at Meadow Falls!

Very unprofessional facility! If you have a loved one here I would consider moving them! Staff is very negligent towards residents. Extremely poor service, you’re better off looking somewhere else or taking care of your own people! Drama and chaos filled place. dietary doesn’t meet requirements! Utensils are not always clean including cups for drinking. Hygiene care is horrible and not appropriately done. Place reeks on feces and urine, signs of abuse DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!

If you are looking for an assisted living or memory care facility for your loved one, look no further. Our father lived in 3 different facilities in the greater Beachwood/Solon/Chagrin Valley area, from 2021-2024. The Lantern of Chagrin Valley was his last, and was hands down, the best. He lived there the final year of his life. The leadership staff of The Lantern are truly dedicated professionals, who take the time to get to know each resident and their families, and are accessible whenever the inevitable concerns arise, or care needs change. They are actively building a culture of compassionate care throughout their activities, maintenance, and medical staff - who are also obviously passionate and determined to deliver first-class care to those in need. They work closely with Affinity Hospice, an organization that I also can't say enough good things about. You won't regret your decision. This is a good, caring, reliable, safe place.
