About
Founded in 2016, Arbor Rose is a Bible-based, Christian memory care home specializing in person-centered dementia care. Arbor Rose is “A Small Home with a Big Heart.” Painted in vivid colors, all homes have unique interior murals with representations of the communities we serve. Arbor Rose is established in four cities in Illinois, including Tolono, Monticello, Charleston, and Robinson. Arbor Rose is here to serve and our passion is to glorify God in all we do.

Horrible care. This facility should be shut down. My mother had inhumane wait times when she’d call for a nurse. I also encountered several services not being done properly because the owners never pay their bills, so services stop. Warning! Do not let your loved one move here. Please, please, please learn from my mistake!
Arbor rose of Tolono staff are the best of what they do. Staff do understands the need of each individual . Thanks you Arbor Rose for being the best .
Very personable for residents that have such unique needs. They go above and beyond for residents with any type of behaviors and take pride in their work.
Friendly staff and a loving home specializing in Dementia and person centered care.
