Chaska Heights Senior Living

Chaska Heights Senior Living is very attractive, for the most part. The secured patio for Memory Care is beautifully decorated with flowers, herbs, and vegetables. There is a colorful flower bed by the front door ("Door A") of the building as well. The grounds are decently maintained, however, the landscaping could use fresh mulch and removal of dead plants. Inside, the lobby is welcoming with a nice seating area. Unfortunately, I am unable to review any aspects of the dining, pricing, or nursing care this facility provides. Chaska Heights Senior Living is PET FRIENDLY.

We moved my mother-in-law into assisted living at Chaska Heights a month ago and are thrilled with our decision. You start with a facility that reminds you of a nice apartment building versus the “nursing home” look you see sometimes with senior living. We were told the food is good and as advertised my mother-in-law loved the food and the variety. We just had our first “care conference” and we were extremely impressed with how prepared the staff was and also caring. In one month they have bonded with her and are trying to make her as comfortable as possible. She is in hospice and the coordination is just excellent and seamless with the care. Diane and Erin are terrific at what they do! We just wish we moved her to Chaska Heights a few years ago so she could have enjoyed the many activities that are offered!

We absolutely found the best place for our mother to live when she could no longer take care of herself. The staff is so friendly and on top of everything! Chaska Heights doesn’t feel like a nursing home but more like a nice apartment complex for seniors with many amenities! Highly recommend!!!

After looking at a few other locations for my Mother we happened upon an available apartment at Chaska Heights. The apartment is large, modern and well appointed a far cry from previous places. The overall facility is excellent. Staff is top notch and really cares for the residents. We moved her in November during peak of pandemic. The safe guard for the residents and care to insure not allowing the spread was unreal. and continues today. I can not thank the staff enough for the care they provide. This is the best place my Mother could possibly be in today. Thank you Chaska Heights

My mother and in laws have lived there going on three years. Beautiful facility, however, they have not opened up the dining, beauty shop, or activities since March 2020. All amenities are gone, but they raised rent $100 for one person, $200 for two per month. The Chaplain, the Head Nurse, the maintenance crew, housekeeping have all quit or given their notices. Not sure what is going on Tealwood, but I don't think you can afford to lose many more tenants or staff? Beware.
