From our very first interaction, Taylor demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to making sure my mom felt respected and cared for throughout the entire process. Navigating the complexities of supported living can be overwhelming, but Taylor made every step clear and manageable. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answer our many questions, and advocate for my mother’s needs with a level of dedication that went far beyond what we expected, even making sure she arrived safely by uber to one of her appointments. Thanks to Taylor’s guidance and encouragement, my mother is now able to settle comfortably in a new home, surrounded by a caring community and the support she needs. My sisters and I truly believe that this life-changing transition wouldn’t have been possible without Taylor’s involvement. Beth Anne Place is lucky to have someone like Taylor on their team. I've worked with the staff, and everyone is so professional and welcoming. I worked directly with Taylor Rodgers to get someone placed and it was a pleasure to work with her. She was very thorough and overly pleasant. GREAT JOB Beth Anne Place!!!!!!

Wow! My mom just recently moved into this facility and Taylor and the staff took care of us! Everything ran so smoothly with the move in process. Taylor was/is super kind and helpful! 10/10. My mom has made friends and loves her new place!

The Director Taylor Rodgers was especially helpful getting my uncle into Beth Anne. Dealing with trying to make sure your family is in the best possible situation is stressful, but Taylor really went out of her way to make sure he was going to be well taken care of and that the rest of us were clear on everything that was going on. She made it happen. Even going above and beyond answering his questions way outside of business hours, and I know he can be a lot to handle, lol.

My mom enjoys living here. Lately she’s been attending paint and sips & making new friends. The new staff seem to care and are polite.
