"This home is not a good place for any seniors with cognitive issues, incontinence, or mobility issues. They talk a good game but when it comes down to care they fall short. No one is trained to deal with cognitive or dementia issues even though they accept residents needing this care. There is no overnight supervision just a complicated button system that residents had to figure out that usually failed to alert a caretaker to come help. I can’t tell you how many times my father had to fumble in the dark to get up and change his own soaked briefs because no one came to help ( even though we paid extra to get extra care). He was rarely shaved or given help to brush his teeth. The owner would say she would take care of issues that arose but never ever followed through. My father didn’t have an in house doctor for a month because of Debbie’s lack of following through on paperwork ( even after continual phone calls and emails to her). I could go on and on about this facility but there are too many things to list. My father ended up falling badly( while trying to run from them) at this facility because he was afraid of the caretakers. I was in the process of moving him from this facility because of their negligence. The only residents I would recommend for this facility are ones that need minimal help and can do most tasks themselves. Don’t let the beautiful views deceive you! "
