I’ve known the owner for over 30 years, and throughout her career she has always led with integrity, clear communication, and genuine care for others. While I haven’t used the assisted-living services personally, I’ve seen her consistent dedication to quality care. I have full confidence that her home reflects the same high standards she brings to everything she does.

Family First Haven took excellent care of my mother for 6 years. My mother had Dementia and other chronic medical conditions. The staff loved my mother and treated her like family. They provided support for all her needs up to when she passed. I was able to sleep at night knowing she was being taken care of. My mother loved the staff and they made her last years of life a memorable experience for our family. I do not personally have a relative that stays there but I have friends that have relatives there as residents. I have gone to visit, the place is clean, the staff are very kind and caring, the food was home cooked and tasty, the environment as a whole gave off caring and loving vibes. Would recommend if you want your relative to be in a warm and caring environment.
