"I f they could save a dollar by taking advantage of people, they will. I worked for this company for 2.8 years, I have twenty years experience in the field, They would constantly complain about glove usage and limit the amount of gloves to do the job, I showed up to work and received five pairs of gloves to work my shift, this obviously is not enough to provide personal care and GT medications. I complained to them and nothing changed, just gave me a bad reputation. To save money, the clients eat the same thing everyday, boiled meat, they do not have a menu. They will demand overtime from you and not pay time and a half, you are scheduled for 9 hours days and not allowed to leave the facility for your lunch break, they do not provide a staff break area and you are not allowed to store your lunch in the refrigerator and not allowed to use the microwave. They will demand that you submit proof of annual physical, TB clearance, Hepatitis A B C Vaccines, Varicella Pneumonia, and Covid testing twice a month.. they do not pay, they told me to utilize my personal insurance or find a free testing site, I complained to them about this and they did not like me, even thou I shoed up to work on time and did my job. They are not equal opportunity employment and promotions are given based on favoritism. They are very deceptive"
