Vitalia Active Adult Community at Montrose

I am absolutely delighted to be here. I love my room. It’s spacious and well laid out. I’m on the second floor so I have a balcony and it’s just wonderful. The food is great, They have quite a variety and I can eat anytime I want. They have a lot of activities.

I like Vitalia very much, the meals are great! I haven’t laughed this much ever! Every day I look forward to getting up! No limit to each day ! Someone to listen to their life story! It’s like prayer fuel to me every day!’n

Last night, as I moved my godfather‘s belongings into his new room, I was so nervous about our decision. I thought I could provide everything he needed in his apartment, but that wasn’t the case. He needed the care and security that Vitalia offers. So as I was leaving After midnight, I spoke with the nurse in charge. She was kind and compassionate, and offered me practical advice that eased my mind and shifted my perspective. When I brought him in today, he sat in the lovely dining room and ordered his meal for lunch. He ate every morsel. I explained that he was welcome for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each and every day. He could not believe that this kind of food would be available to him daily. We saw other residents enjoying conversation with each other or sitting on their own. The staff was in and out of the room while addressing residence by their name and connecting on things that were important to them. My father was made to feel welcome. The staff was incredibly helpful with his move-in process. I am so grateful.

We lost our mom/wife a few months ago and the transition to Vitalia has been seamless for my father. He has made new friends and is comforted by the facility and staff. I find relief that his comfort and happiness have been met. This transition can be difficult, but my dad has his autonomy and access to food/fun and new friends. Thank You Vitalia!

Vitalia provides a lovely setting for meals for residents and the food was attractively served and delicious!!!
