My mom went shopping for a retirement community that made her feel independent while also providing a sense of security. And she found just that at Dunwoody Pines. Renatta Hamilton was the director that we worked with and she made the process seamless for my mom. She also answered all of my questions after my mom made the decision to move to Dunwoody Pines. The community itself is wonderful. Lots of things to keep someone engaged and my mom raves about the food!

She has a genuine warmth and kindness that instantly puts you at ease, and it’s clear she truly loves what she does. Renata goes above and beyond to make sure every resident and family member feels supported. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the community and takes the time to answer questions with patience and compassion. What really stands out is her ability to listen and understand each individual’s needs, helping them find the perfect fit for their next chapter in life. I only rate this location a 5 star because of the quality of service by Dining Room Coordinator named Joseph. His care for my great grandmother, based on her saying, has been quite exceptional. I'm happy to know that my granny is taken care of. Thanks Joseph!

Dunwoody Pines has been the answer to our prayers! Everyone is so kind and compassionate, the units are lovely, the food is great, and the atmosphere is like a family. Every time we go there, we like it even more. We have been particularly grateful for the Community Development Director, Renatta Hamilton. From the first conversation we had with her, it was clear that she is truly exceptional. Her passion for the residents was so apparent. She brings not only professionalism and knowledge but also an incredible warmth that made the entire process so much easier. My mom was very hesitant about moving from her home to a community, and Renatta let her come several times to get comfortable with the decision, and helped make the entire process so much easier. Renatta took the time to really get to know our family and understand what we were looking for. She was patient, thoughtful, and has always been willing to go the extra mile. And her service didn't stop once we signed the lease. During and since move in, she has checked in on us regularly, and has been an invaluable resource for everything from emotional support to installing an extra long cable for the TV. We can't thank her enough for her kindness and the peace of mind she has given us. If you are considering senior living options, I highly recommend connecting with Renatta. You couldn't ask for a better guide or advocate during this transition!
