Our family loves visiting our parents at least once a week at this loving community. We always feel welcomed and enjoy the meals and staff. We make it a point to see some off the entertainment. Our parents have always been social butterflies. We are happy to call Brightview South River our parents home.
Brightview is a lovely place to be. The workers are neat,organized and in harmony even the residents are neat. Brightview will continue to be.
Every staff member is wonderful and top notch. They truly make you feel like family and are amazing. My grandma has been there for just about a year now and we have nothing but the best of things to say. They’re also very prompt with addressing issues and informing family of things. Very highly recommended.
Kelly and the team at Brightview South River are unbelievable! My father came to Brightview after a terrible experience at another assisted living facility. The staff went out of their way to welcome and love on my Dad. He later had to move to the memory care unit and passed away in August. I don’t know what my sister and I would have done without our friends at Brightview.
Both of my parents have been in Brightview South River for over a year. My dear Mom passed there; my dad remains. My siblings and I have visited frequently, usually 6 or more times per week. All 5 of us are extremely impressed with the staff at Brightview South River: their kindness, patience, using the names of the residents. Brooke Kelly, who runs the facility, Mary, who is in charge of Wellspring Memory Care, have both been wonderful, as has Barbara, helping with activities, Caleb, singing with his guitar, Kaylee, Tracy... I couldn't name them all or it would be too long. I have likened the staff to Disney World employees, ALWAYS kind, gracious, loving. We moved my parents because we were extremely UNHAPPY with their previous memory care; this has been an incredible, wonderful change. Even my mom, poor memory as she had, said, These are nice people and you can tell they MEAN it! Thank you, Brightview!!
