"The place is awful!!!! We didn't get to see my mothers room before moving in. On move in day (Oct. 29, 2021) we found the room only had one working light. We were told they would replace the old ballast light bulbs. There was an old, maybe at one time kitchen cabinet without doors that had a small sink. When you looked under the sink, you found the pipes wrapped with what appeared to be a diaper. When you let water run into the sink, you prayed it would go down the drain. The room was really cold, I don't think it has any heat going to that room. The communal bathrooms, OMG!!! The one closest to the front door didn't want to flush. There was no paper towel to dry your hands. The kitchen, now that was really scary. They leave the door open going outside from the kitchen. Not such a good idea, no telling what vermin might be coming in for a snack. I took mother out of this place on Nov. 1, 2021. When I asked the owner for some of the $1,200 back, she said, "No we had to jump thru a lot of hoops to get your mothers room ready." That money is something like a community fee. Funny they said the monthly rent was $4,000 per month, but they were kind enough to lower it for me to $3,700 per month. I really feel sorry for the people that do live there, and can't see anyone paying more than $500 per month. If I owned a pig or goat, I wouldn't want them in this place. Buyer beware. "
