Incredible staff! D’Lynn is simply wonderful at knowing everyone and helping folks make the transition from there home to this home, away from home.. She’s so positive and upbeat! This facility and the staff are truly amazing! I am in the hospice industry and visit this facility every week, plus I do Bingo there twice a month. The reason why I share that is because I see firsthand and how the staff interacts with the residents and how the residents interact with one another. It's easy to tell that the residents love living there. I've not had the pleasure yet of sending a loved one here yet but I have full confidence in knowing Legacy would take incredible care of them. Thank you Legacy for all you do to take care of such incredible people.
Stacy gave my friend and I a thorough tour of Legacy facility and went to all lengths to respond fully to our questions, concerns and interests. We were treated to lunch and were able to speak directly with 2 staff members - the chef and the RN to get specific questions answered. We were able to view a 1- bedroom and a 2- bedroom apartment and were impressed with cleanliness and care of the entire facility.
As a professional in the senior care industry I can confidently recommend this wonderful community to anyone looking for a great assisted living experience. This well managed community has caring staff, excellent food, and tons of activities and amenities to keep your loved one entertained. The executive director Shauna is one of the best in the business. The director of nursing Emily and her team are compassionate, caring, and truly care about their residents and families. Go take a tour, you will not be disappointed!
We've had such a wonderful experience with my mother-in-law living at Legacy. The activity staff are truly incredible-always coming up with creative, fun and meaningful ways to keep the residents happy, active and smiling. You can really feel the love and dedication they bring to their work every day. We also have to mention the receptionist, who is always so warm, welcoming, and helpful. From the moment you walk in, you feel like part of a caring community. We're so grateful to have our loved one in such a supportive and uplifting environment!
