Arden Courts of Geneva

Arden Courts is an excellent memory care facility. The staff is truly caring and supportive. They go above and beyond taking care of my mother. She has lived with the family of Arden Courts since May, 2021, and we have been extremely grateful for their excellent facility and caregivers. Thank you to all the staff!

I can't say enough about how wonderful Arden Courts of Geneva is! Across all levels, the staff are kind, caring, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure that the residents (and families) are well cared for. Staff are well-trained in the specifics of dementia care to ensure an appropriate and dignified approach to resident care and engagement. Residents are treated lovingly like family members and the staff take the time to get to know each individual. The facility is thoughtfully-designed, safe and clean, and feels like a welcoming home environment. The morning, afternoon, and evening activities provided each day help the residents to engage in meaningful community together. The secured outdoor environment is beautiful and provides additional opportunities for exercise and relaxation for the residents during the warmer months.

If you are looking for care for your loved one with dementia, I would not hesitate to recommend Arden Courts in Geneva. This review is specific to the Geneva location only and how well run this facility is as compared to other facilities we've had experience with as well as toured. Arden Courts Geneva has many long-term staff members, and it shows in the level of care they provide your loved one, which is beyond compare. They personally get to know each of their residents so they can provide them the best care possible, and the residents are genuinely happy. Even staff members that don't directly care for your loved one address them by name and show great compassion and genuine care for them. The energy in the building is very different from other buildings and is very positive and upbeat. Their door is always open if you ever have a concern or a question, and their executive directorJoette's problem-solving and brainstorming is incredible. She runs a great facility, and it truly shows. Thank you Joette, Justine, Nina, Marta, Greg, Iola, Olivia, Kurt, Maria, Kaitlyn and all the many caregivers for all that you do. It makes a difference and we are grateful!

Arden Courts of Geneva is the place to be for anyone with memory care needs. The staff are so knowledgeable and caring. You can feel the genuine compassion from the entire team. Everyone is trained and skilled in caring for residents with dementia. We could feel the difference from the other communities we toured as soon as we walked in the door. Our family feels truly blessed that we found Arden Courts.

Arden Courts in Geneva is a warm, welcoming community, which values respectful and dignified care. The staff are offered continuous dementia care trainings that allow them to assist each resident in an individualized and thoughtful manner. The community's dementia friendly design aids residents to explore their home in a safe, calming fashion. The updated decor offers tactile walls and engaging program stations, and the building has an extensive, gated courtyard that allows residents the autonomy to wander. I would make a recommendation to any family looking for quality memory care for their loved one.
