Brookdale Northwest Greensboro

I used to volunteer here many years ago and the staff was amazing then. Now I have a close friend living here and the staff is still friendly, accommodating and treat the clients like adults, not babies. They make sure they're taking care with love, compassion and support. All the Residents are cared for with respect, even my dear friend. It's an adjustment for us all but my dear friend is at a safe home now.

The first thing you will notice will be the friendly atmosphere. My mother has been a resident of just over a month. She loves it. The food is great and the attention to detail. It has been a great choice for her. And for us the piece of mind knowing she is being taken care of.

The entire staff has been friendly, helpful and attentive. When I first visited, the residents I spoke with were happy, pleased with the food and commented that, when needed, assistance was readily available. This, along with the extremely devoted staff, convinced me that Mom would be happy living there. So far, so good. I am relieved that Brookdale life is agreeing with her in all aspects.

I visited Brookdale Northwest last week to discuss the possibility of moving my mother there. I met with a delightful young woman, Haley, who took me on a tour and explained in great detail a lot of options for us. The facility was very clean and welcoming and the staff kind and informative. The best part was how caring and understanding Haley was. Although we haven’t made a final decision on the move, Haley has continued to go above and beyond by reaching out since our visit to check on my mother and to offer assistance if needed. Thank you Haley for being so kind and understanding!

I visited Brookdale - NW and Haley met with me to answer questions and explain all aspects of the community. She did a wonderful job of providing me with the information I needed. She was knowledgeable and very personable. The staff members I saw were all pleasant and friendly.
