Verra Springs at Heritage Greens

I always have a great experience at Heritage Green. Everyone is friendly and helpful, especially the staff at the front desk. The entire community is always clean, well kept, and has no unpleasant smells. It is clear that the staff take pride in the environment and the care they provide. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere every time I visit.

Overall the place is clean and updated. The price is reasonable and they provide ala cart services. The food is sub par, especially if you have specific dietary needs. The on site home care agency is fine if you only need basic needs met. Our choice to sign a contract here was based on the fact that this homecare agency promised us that they could meet my Mother's complex medical needs, and they did not. We would not have chosen this place if we had not been reassured by the home care agency and the sales director that her needs were going to be met.

We are thrilled with the care and dedication to our loved one at Heritage Greens Senior Living. Our mother is thriving with social activities, dining and medical care. We couldn’t be more happy.

My mom was in Heritage Greens and is now in an assisted living apartment there at VeraSprings. The folks that work there check on her regularly and make sure she participates in activities when she’s up for it. I appreciate how they sincerely care for her and also how kind the other residents are as well. I also notice the don’t use a lot of perfume or fragrances in the air, which is helpful because they give mom headaches. That said, the place is really clean. They work hard there and it shows.

I would and have recommend Heritage Greens to my friends that have aging parents. Overall, my person is happy there and our family knows he is safe and cared for.
