Harmony at Chantilly

I am impressed with the staff's care and concern for the well being of the residents at Harmony. The daily schedule is full of activities, ranging from exercise class, to shopping trips, local outings, morning coffee gathering, happy hour, lectures and discussions, art class, choir, daily movies and more. The atmosphere is friendly, pleasant and joyful, including lovely seasonal decorations. The rent is much more reasonable than other senior facilities, and the apartments are spacious and are carpeted between tenants, and include a weekly room cleaning. The front office and concierge, housekeeping and maintenance staffs are professional, well trained and kind. I deducted one star for the less-than-ideal dining experience. The food is healthy and there are many alternate options, but some of the hot meals fall short of mom's home cooking. The service is inconsistent, with some servers providing excellent service and some in need of more and better training. Overall, I am very happy with my choice of Harmony over other local options. I anticipate a long and satisfying stay here.

I can’t say enough good things about Harmony at Chantilly. From the moment we first walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. The community is beautiful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed to feel like home rather than a facility. The level of care and compassion shown to residents is truly outstanding. The nurses and caregivers are patient, kind, and always available to answer questions or provide support. It gives me such peace of mind knowing that my loved one is not only safe, but genuinely cared for. The activities calendar is full and engaging, offering everything from live music and exercise classes to outings and social events. It’s been wonderful to see how much joy and community involvement it brings. Dining is another highlight—meals are well-prepared and actually taste great, with a good variety of options that cater to dietary needs. If you’re looking for a senior living community that combines warmth, professionalism, and a high standard of care, Harmony at Chantilly is an excellent choice. I’m beyond grateful we found them

Amazing Place for Seniors in Herndon! My first impression was that it was extremely impressive. The environment is warm and inviting, with common areas that are beautifully designed. It is both luxurious and comfortably homey. There is a courtyard garden which is serene and well kept, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or to sit and visit with friends. The staff are also exceptional. Every member of staff that we met was kind, courteous, and genuinely interested in making life better for residents. They obviously take pride in the supportive and caring environment they have created. The food is excellent as well. We had a great variety of food from tasty breakfast to fresh and flavorful dinners that were of restaurant quality. They clearly take time to consider nutrition and taste. There are also many activities: fitness, arts & crafts, continuing education lectures, live music, and outings, there are choices galore! We observed residents smiling, talking and engaging, the sense of community is strong and positive. The apartments are spacious, bright, and well designed with modern appliances and finishes. We felt that they were upscale and homey. From what we could see, maintenance is prompt and efficient. All in all, The Harmony at Chantilly definitely lives up to its name. From the beautiful grounds to the excellent staff, superior amenities, and a very active and positive community life, it would appear to be an ideal place to live for someone who is looking for a warm, active and dignified senior living experience. I highly recommend it.

Your staff members and caregivers are excellent, and the services you provide to those who live in your community are outstanding from onboarding, to nutritious meals, to physical therapy, to recreational activities to simply sitting down and having an afternoon chat with one of your seniors is a blessing from God. Thank you so much for all that you do 24 hours a day and always with a gracious attitude and a smile on your face.

This place is great! Beautiful on the inside and out with amazing views. The staff is very friendly. Najla and Latoya are amazing. If you are looking for senior living you need to check out this team.
