The Bristal at Holtsville

Moving my mom into The Bristal Assisted Living at Holtsville was an incredibly smooth and comforting experience, thanks to Geri and her amazing staff. From the very first visit, they were warm, welcoming, and truly attentive to our needs. Geri went above and beyond to guide us through every step, making what could have been a stressful transition feel seamless and reassuring. The entire team is compassionate, professional, and clearly dedicated to providing the best care for their residents. My mom is already settling in nicely, and knowing she is in such a supportive and caring environment gives our family tremendous peace of mind. I highly recommend The Bristal at Holtsville to anyone looking for a wonderful assisted living community for their loved one!

My father has been living at the Bristal Assisted Living at Holtsville for the past year. Although it took many months for him to feel "at home" after being uprooted from his Florida residence, he is finally comfortable in his new space. I want to especially thank and acknowledge Executive Director, Christina Clark, for her continuous care and concern for his needs and the compassion for which she shows to each and every resident. A shout out to Andrew, Laney, Alba, and Rosario for their help, smiles, and professionalism they display towards him and the residents. And to all the many others who help to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. A big thank you to you all from the bottom of my heart!

Geri, George, Linda, Vito, and the amazing nurses at Bristal THANK YOU this team are heroes. We had an emergency where my mother needed care, and these folks saved me while handling an impossible situation. They spoke me through my anxiety and meltdowns of my mothers care and assured me through the whole journey. I feel good that she’s in the right place.

My parents moved into The Bristal at Holtsville over a year ago. From the initial visit with Geri to today I know that we made the right choice. The facility is clean, bright and welcoming. The recent renovation to the "Bistro" shows their committment to providing a wonderful place to live. The staff is always courteous, smiling and available. Management will always take the time to talk with me regarding any questions I have or just for an update. For me, knowing that the Wellness staff is there is very comforting. From administering medications to having access to available health professionals on site is important. We have used the Country Kitchen room numerous times as a place to gather when guests visit my parents. The daily activities will keep residence as busy as they wish. The dining hall is always busy and the meal selections numerous. If you are considering an assisted living for a family member or yourself I would definetely visit The Bristal at Holtsville.

My mother, a 98 year old diabetic, entered the Bristal in November. She is always commenting about just how caring the staff is. The facility is really attractive and they offer many amenities. Mom participates in Sunday mass, daily exercise programs and uplifting News of the Day. The meals are varied and delicious, served restaurant style. We are well pleased with The Bristal at Holtsville.
